After improving the recipes for two of their core beers in 2018, Nottingham's Navigation Brewery were promptly named SIBA's Midlands Cask Champion, and also took home armfuls of silver and bronze awards for a number of their cask and keg offering. Determined to show themselves worthy of these accolades, they have been busy over the winter, honing the mashbills of the rest of their range and giving their branding an overhaul to match.

“Over the last six months we've done so much to improve the quality of the beers, we felt it was only right to look at the quality of our presentation as well” said Navigation Brewery MD Stephen Boyle. “As well as improving the quality and quantity of ingredients we were using, we have also tweaked our processes to extract even more flavour. We wanted our branding to show the same levels of elegance and finesse.”

The Navigation Brewery team are throwing open their doors on Tuesday 30th April to give industry insiders the opportunity to try the refined range of beers for themselves. The brewery shares a site with sister pub, the Trent Navigation Inn, and it is here that guests will be able to taste the new recipes and put their questions to the brewery team.
